Returns and refunds


Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or color preference.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, we will replace it or refund it.


To request a replacement or refund, email [support email] within 30 days of delivery and include

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the item
  3. A photo of the shipping label if the package is involved


Approved claims

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.


Items not eligible

Normal variations in print placement, minor color differences due to screen settings, and size issues when the size guide was not followed are not considered defects.
